1. Services
Unclog Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte Counties, Florida. All work is performed by licensed and insured plumbing professionals.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found during service. We provide upfront pricing before beginning any work, and no work will proceed without customer approval.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
We will make every effort to arrive within the agreed service window. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment. Emergency service calls are subject to our standard emergency rates.
4. Warranty
We stand behind our work. Labor performed by Unclog Plumbing is warranted against defects for a period of 30 days from the date of service. Parts and equipment warranties are governed by the manufacturer's terms. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or pre-existing conditions.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Financing options are available for qualifying work — ask your technician for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
